My personal journey

I deeply believe in the saying “the body knows”—that we must continuously seek ways to learn from the wisdom of our bodies and listen to our gut feelings. For me, this is the path to connecting with my true self, communicating honestly with myself and others, and finding healing, regeneration, and renewal.

Contemporary dance, body expression, and body awareness have been a central part of my life for over twenty years. I earned a Master’s degree in Art Creation in Paris (2017) and have worked as the artistic director and choreographer of the interdisciplinary company Ziggurat Project for more than a decade. Over the years, my interest in bridging art and body–mind health has only grown stronger.

I completed my Hatha Yoga teacher training in 2020 (200h, with Erika Dalma Nagy), followed by Women’s Yoga teacher training in 2021 (100h, also with Erika Dalma Nagy). Together with two wonderful friends and colleagues, I co-founded the EMPOWERmental Project, through which we facilitate stress-release workshops, lead international trainings, and create art projects focusing on body–mind wellbeing.

In 2022, I discovered TRE® (Tension, Stress & Trauma Release Exercises)—a missing piece in my journey that helped me understand more deeply how tension release, the nervous system, body memory, and overall wellbeing are interconnected. I became a certified TRE® Provider in 2024 (trained by Anna Sólyom & Monica Tarres). Since then, I have been teaching TRE®, integrating it with other body-centered practices such as yoga, dance, and breathing exercises.

Today, I offer both individual and group sessions, online and in person. I live in Vienna / Brunn am Gebirge, Austria.
