To be “well” is not to live in a state of perpetual safety and calm, but to move fluidly from a state of adversity, risk, adventure, or excitement, back to safety and calm, and out again. Stress is not bad for you; being stuck is bad for you.”
― Emily Nagoski, Burnout: The Secret to Unlocking the Stress Cycle

Who am I?

I am a certified TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) provider (2024), Hatha Yoga teacher (2020), Women’s Yoga teacher (2021), stress release facilitator, and founding member of the EMPOWERmental project. I was also a dancer and choreographer for many years and I do believe that every time we dance is a possibility to reconnect with our true self. Through the body and through movement we can seek connections and understanding beyond cognitive ways. I am also a mother that challenges me and my nervous system almost every day. I am also an amateur climber which became a true passion for me in recent years, something that keeps me present and makes me change my usual perspectives.

What can I do for you?

I can help you reconnect with yourself and with the wisdom of your body, let go of unnecessary tension and seek new ways of being comfortable in your body. I can teach you many tools to cope with the unavoidable stress of life, but also ways to make deeper changes for your body-mind balance on the long run. I am mainly working with TRE®, yoga, breathing techniques and free dance. I facilitate both group and individual sessions. I teach in Austria (Vienna and Mödling) and online.
